🔄Return and Cancellation Policy for Pico Robotics
1. Overview 📌
At Pico Robotics, we primarily deal with electronics, robotics components, custom projects, and digital services. Due to the sensitive and technical nature of these products, we follow a strict and limited return policy.
By purchasing from Pico Robotics, you agree to the return terms mentioned below.
2. Parcel Delivery🚚
We take at least 3 days for delivery. Inside Dhaka, generally delivery time is 1 day. But for the outside of Dhaka, it can be 2/3 days.
2. General Return Rule ❌
We generally DO NOT accept returns for any products.
All purchases are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customers are advised to read product details carefully before placing an order.
3. Exceptional Return Request (If Customer Insists) ⚠️
In rare cases, if a customer requests a return, the following mandatory conditions must be fulfilled:
🚚 3.1 Delivery / Return Charge
The delivery or return shipping charge must be paid in advance by the customer.
Pico Robotics will not cover any transportation or courier cost.
📦 3.2 Package Condition Policy
The product must be:
Completely unopened
Unused
In original packaging
🔒 If the package seal is opened, broken, or damaged, the product becomes NON-returnable immediately.
🚫 3.3 Opened Package
Strict Policy Once the package is opened:

❌ No replacement
❌ No refund
This rule applies without exception, even if the product is unused after opening.
4. Product Checking & Responsibility ⚙️
Products are not tested or checked in front of customers.
Since products are packed and sealed, any damage after opening is not our responsibility.
We can provide guidelines and technical support, but:

5. Digital Products & Services 💻📱
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
Digital products (codes, software, PDFs, designs) 📄
Online courses or video content 🎥
Consultancy or guideline services 🧠
Once delivered, shared, or accessed:

6. Custom & Project-Based Products 🤖
Custom-built or project-based products are non-returnable.
Projects are built strictly based on client message discussions.
Any misunderstanding due to unclear communication is not eligible for return.
7. Return Approval Authority ⚖️
All return requests must be communicated before sending any product back.
Pico Robotics reserves the full right to approve or reject any return request.
Decisions made by Pico Robotics are final and binding.
8. Important Notes 📝
Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or user error are not returnable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility and suitability before purchase.
