Digital products are items delivered or accessed online, such as:

3. Pricing & Expenses 💰
Pricing depends on the project type and consultation with the client. Please contact us beforehand.
Consultancy Fee:
Initial guideline fee is fixed at 800৳, negotiable based on discussions.
4. Project Policy 🎓
Projects created by us are strictly for university-level academic course use only.
Commercial, business, or resale use is prohibited.
Copying or sharing projects is forbidden.
Students must follow their academic rules responsibly.
5. Product Checking & Responsibility ⚠️
Products are not pre-checked or tested before delivery.
We are not responsible for damages after opening the package.
Guidelines and support can be provided, but no replacement or refund.
6. Delivery & Payment 🚚💳
Delivery charges must be paid in advance if physical delivery is required.
No refund after payment is completed.
7. Refund Policy ❌
No refund is available for any products or digital products or consultancy services.
8. No Project Rental Policy 🚫
No project rentals or loans are allowed.

৩. মূল্য ও খরচ 💰প্রজেক্ট বা সার্ভিসের মূল্য কাজের ধরন এবং ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে আলোচনার উপর নির্ভর করে নির্ধারিত হয়। তাই কাজ শুরু করার আগে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা আবশ্যক।
কনসালটেন্সি ফি:
প্রাথমিক গাইডলাইন প্রদানের জন্য নির্ধারিত ফি ৮০০৳, যা আলোচনার মাধ্যমে পরিবর্তনযোগ্য হতে পারে।
৪. প্রজেক্ট পলিসি 🎓আমাদের দ্বারা তৈরি করা সকল প্রজেক্ট শুধুমাত্র বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের একাডেমিক কোর্স প্রজেক্টের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
কোনো প্রকার বাণিজ্যিক, ব্যবসায়িক বা পুনর্বিক্রয়ের কাজে ব্যবহার সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
প্রজেক্ট কপি করা বা অন্যের সাথে শেয়ার করা যাবে না।
শিক্ষার্থীদের নিজেদের একাডেমিক নিয়ম-কানুন মেনে চলার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব তাদেরই।
৫. প্রোডাক্ট চেকিং ও দায়িত্ব ⚠️কোনো প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির আগে চেক বা টেস্ট করে দেওয়া হবে না।
প্যাকেট খোলার পর প্রোডাক্ট নষ্ট হলে বা কাজ না করলে তার জন্য
Pico Robotics দায়ী থাকবে না।
তবে প্রয়োজনে গাইডলাইন বা টেকনিক্যাল হেল্প দেওয়া যেতে পারে, কিন্তু কোনো রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৬. ডেলিভারি ও পেমেন্ট 🚚💳যদি ফিজিক্যাল ডেলিভারি প্রয়োজন হয়, তাহলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ আগাম পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
একবার পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হলে কোনো রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না।
৭. রিফান্ড পলিসি ❌ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট এবং কনসালটেন্সি সার্ভিসের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো ধরনের রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৮. প্রজেক্ট ভাড়া পলিসি 🚫Pico Robotics-এর কোনো প্রজেক্ট ভাড়া বা সাময়িক ব্যবহারের জন্য দেওয়া হয় না।
৯. মেসেজ ভিত্তিক প্রজেক্ট 💬প্রজেক্ট ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে মেসেজে যেভাবে আলোচনা হবে, ঠিক সেভাবেই প্রজেক্ট তৈরি করা হবে।
স্পষ্ট ও পরিষ্কার যোগাযোগ রাখা অত্যন্ত জরুরি।
যেকোনো পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট অবশ্যই মেসেজের মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
১০. কপিরাইট ও মালিকানা ©️এই ওয়েবসাইটের সকল কনটেন্ট ও প্রোডাক্টের মালিকানা Pico Robotics-এর। অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো কনটেন্ট ব্যবহার, কপি বা শেয়ার করা আইনত দণ্ডনীয়।
১১. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা ⚖️আমাদের প্রোডাক্ট বা সার্ভিস ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো ধরনের ক্ষতি হলে তার জন্য Pico Robotics দায়ী থাকবে না।
১২. প্রযোজ্য আইন ⚖️এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
১৩. সম্মতি ✅আমাদের সার্ভিস গ্রহণ করার মাধ্যমে আপনি উপরোক্ত সকল শর্তাবলীতে সম্পূর্ণভাবে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।
